Sentiment and moderation

How it was said, and what you'd rather not publish

Opening your inbox to an audience means opening it to all of them. You should see the shape of what came in before you play it.

Warm, cool, or somewhere in between

Sentiment runs per answer, so you can pull the enthusiastic ones for a clip and read the sceptical ones properly instead of never finding them.

Abuse gets flagged, not published

A moderation read lands with the answer. Banning one hides it from every other part of the product — the clip, the chat, the totals.

Your judgement still counts

Ratings, a correct/incorrect mark and a reviewer sit next to the machine's read. The two are kept apart on purpose.

What actually happens

Each runs on a single answer or across a batch, and the results roll up onto the person: their dominant sentiment, their average rating, when they last answered. The people list sorts on those without re-reading a single response.

Your audience has something to say.

Give them a way to say it. We'll walk through what Wall of Voice could look like for your audience.
